• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various design tools and software including Illustrator, Figma, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Suite
• Visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing collaterals
• Produce work fast and efficiently to meet company goals and deadlines

• 2+ years experience, preferably with tech or consulting background
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and working knowledge of InDesign
• Experience accomplishing multi-team requests and meeting tight deadlines

Sundeep co-founded Indifi, worked at Microsoft, headed Wynk product to mention a few. He holds 3 patents in Distributed Applications and is adept at building and managing large distributed teams spanned across North America, Europe, India, and Australia.
