About the Role

• We are seeking a content and copywriter who is adept at taking technical concepts and weaving them into engaging content that our audience of different levels of technical expertise can enjoy. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing abilities with strength in copywriting and crafting short-form and on-point messages, CTAs, and more.
• This role will work across a variety of content initiatives. Your skills in copywriting will aid us in crafting messages for emails, paid media, UX tests, website content, and more. You will also work with our team on assisting with developing blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media messaging.
• You will work closely with our existing Content Strategist and our Community Strategist to help craft messaging and review content prior to publishing. This role is remote for candidates in Europe or within the East Coast of the US (must be based in one of the following states: CT, DE, FL, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN).

Responsibilities:

• Being a core part of our content review process
• Crafting and owning email sequences for our target audiences with the goal of convincing and converting them
• Regularly testing email sequences and messaging to find the best fit
• Being part of our UX testing when it comes to messaging
• Crafting sales collateral (one-pagers, reference documents, and more)
• Developing website content and messaging
• Assisting with crafting whitepapers, use-cases
• Assisting with conducting customer interviews for case-studies and market research
• Assisting with blog posts and other content-related needs

Requirements:

• English as a native language
• Copywriting skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and distill those into engaging content
• Ability to write technical content as needed
• Ability to work closely with our team in Europe in their time-zone (or significant overlaps)
• Ability to write for a variety of target audiences, understand their different needs and craft messaging unique to each audience
• A + if you have an understanding of SEO, Paid Search or testing methodologies
