As the Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to partner with internal teams and customers with onboarding programs to the Reveleer platform. Programs include, but not limited to Risk Adjustment Initiatives, HEDIS Quality Programs and CMS Government Audits, CMS Enrollment and Encounter submissions, etc. The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will help to ensure a smooth exchange of data between our healthcare clients.

What You'll Do:
- Work with internal and external customers to map, transform, validate and load customer data for all products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues for prompt and accurate data loads.
- Research data questions, create ad-hoc reports, etc
- Work with internal and external customs to map, create, QA and implement data extracts for all products.
About You:
- Experience with US Healthcare / Managed Care Organizations, specifically around Compliance and RISK Assessments programs
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry and health data (provider demographics, patient data, Quality/Risk program information, compliance standards) is strongly preferred with background specific to quality measures (HEDIS), risk adjustment, and medical record review or audit
- Comfortable working with data tools: Microsoft SQL, Excel. Preferred:
- Experience working on SaaS web applications
