We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will transform our software into easy-to-use and appealing products for our clients. We are looking for a team player who is driven and wants to significantly contribute to our core product’s design.

You will work alongside our founder, product manager, development team and other talented individuals to build the platform. This isn’t just a job but an exciting journey in a fast-growth startup.

• Lead the design process for our product to serve the global audience
• Make high-level contributions to product strategy by identifying new opportunities, generating innovative solutions, and improving existing features
• Design products systematically and conduct data-driven evaluation of designs
• Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our product to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
• Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals

• 3-5+ years in designing web products
• Experience with B2B products is a plus
• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding, and practical experience in user experience design and related fields
• Strong ability to grasp product vision, and product goals and communicate them clearly and regularly to the team
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering requirements in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrate a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving and task management
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and various visual design software tools
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping is required
• Proficiency in typography, sketching, composition, layout, color, iconography, illustration, and the presentation of information is a plus
• Proficiency in English to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from APAC
