About the role

This is a role responsible for Customer & GTM Operations of differentiated & innovative digital software products launched by TVS Digital in the Automotive & Financial Services Technologies Domain. This role is responsible for supporting the Go-To-Market to drive demand generation through direct & indirect channels (lead generation, digital marketing, sales pipeline & revenue tracking) and customer ops (contract management, invoicing, collections, and customer support). The Business Operations Role works closely with the product heads, engineering heads, finance, customers & partners to achieve the objectives.


  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline & revenue tracker to enable timely decisions that ensure the achievement of a sufficient pipeline to achieve the revenue goal
  • Generate pipeline & revenue reports for executive briefing and financial reporting
  • Support Finance Operations by invoicing customers accurately as per the customer contracts
  • Closely work with customers & TVSD finance to ensure on-time payments against invoices, ensuring there are no outstanding collections over 45 days
  • Lead the development of new contracts & templates to support the formalization of customer and partner agreements in compliance with governance & legal advice
  • Support drafting of customer and partner contracts (NDAs, new contracts & amendments). Obtain formal approvals & signoffs on them by complying with the governance process
  • Lead customer support operations closely working with the TVSD team & support partners to meet customer contractual SLAs and continually improve the support to make timely, responsive, and efficient - driving high customer satisfaction

Ideal candidate

  • Master's degree with 6 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in strategy & operations roles at a SaaS startup or software company
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales model, financial management & customer support operations
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-facing, and internal stakeholders. Ability to communicate with C-level
  • Attention to detail - savvy with numbers and office tools (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITIL is desired
  • Team player - ability to work with multiple stakeholders spread across different locations
  • Ability to work independently
