Responsibilities

  • As a Receptionist, your primary duty and responsibility will be to provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
  • We expect you to manage incoming calls politely and efficiently, directing callers to the appropriate person or department as needed
  • Your responsibility as a Receptionist will be to maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
  • We expect you to handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them accurately and promptly to the intended recipients
  • A Receptionist's duties include scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, making necessary arrangements, reserving meeting rooms, and notifying participants

  • As a Receptionist, your duty will be to assist with various administrative tasks, including typing documents, filing records, and performing data entry
