• Interact and engage with our users on a regular basis
• Create an in-depth understanding of our user behavior, their needs, and challenges
• Define our design ambition and standards. Evolve them to suit the global trends in technology and design space
• Incorporate the best of design principles across material design, interaction design and communication
• Strategize, develop and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries
• Own design of user experience for all critical journeys - on the app/web and outside (support etc.)
• Design user interfaces that are simple, effective, and memorable
• Define and help execute our visual language
• Work with freelancers, interns, and other partners
• Measure the impact of your work and iterate to improve the outcome
• Co-own critical customer and product metrics with product owners

• Your work portfolio demonstrating the breadth and depth of UX and visual design, which will also include the approach and process followed
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, information architect, service designer, or the likes
• Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touchpoints on different platforms and devices
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc
• Fluency in best design practices and design systems across devices and platforms
