Expense Approval Process

• Manage the entire expense approval process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of expense reports
• Handle per diem cases, verifying compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Oversee expenses related to sanctioned countries, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements

Process Documentation and Improvement

• Document the expense approval process in detail, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency

Timesheet and Payroll Input Management

• Understand and manage timesheet processes, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of hours
• Create payroll input logic, ensuring data is validated accurately and timely

Metrics Maintenance and Data Collection

• Monitor key metrics related to expense approvals, providing regular reports to management
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that support decision-making and process improvements

Training and Coordination

• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and HR Operations, ensuring they’re informed about expense processes
• Conduct training sessions for CSMs and HR Ops, ensuring effective understanding and execution of approval procedures

Self-Driven and Independent Work

• Take ownership of the expense approval process, working independently to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact processes

• Experience: 1-2 years in a finance-related role focused on process-oriented tasks
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Process Documentation: Ability to document processes clearly and comprehensively
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with per diem policies and experience handling expense processes related to sanctioned countries
• Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, especially in timesheet and payroll management
