About Welcome

Welcome is a Webby Award-winning video platform that enables you to produce high-quality internal and external events that feel like an interactive TV show. We are on a mission to provide access to jaw-dropping virtual experiences that connect, transport and engage people like never before.

We are a privately-held company backed by Kleiner Perkins, Kapor Capital, WIN (Webb Investor Network) and Y Combinator.

Our founders prefer to explain the intro of Welcome by stating that Like so many others, we attended countless virtual events at the dawn of the pandemic.

But we found many of them to be dreadfully boring, awkward, and plain. So we thought to ourselves: what if we could create a tool that made running a jaw-dropping virtual event as easy as hosting a Zoom call?

Enter Welcome: A platform that allows even a single person to produce an experience that feels like an Apple product launch.
