The Opportunity

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer for Marketing Automation in daily operations including taking responsibility in managing the business relationships with our (inter)national Enterprise customers. This role is specifically about our French customers and therefore very good knowledge of the French language is a MUST.

Requirements

Your role and responsibilities

• Working with our existing and potential enterprise customers explaining them our solutions
• Understand and translate the customer’s goals and match it with our existing solutions
• Collaborate with tech, product managers, sales and customer support
• Being always updated about the official WhatsApp Business API documentation
• Continuously analyse tools, markets, users and roadmaps for and around our products
• Rethink workflows, use cases and problems to ensure a seamless messaging experienced

Your profile

• Very good or native French and English is a MUST
• Good knowledge of Italian or Spanish (nice to have)
• Experience with APIs, CRM or Marketing Automation solutions
• Interest in understanding new technologies and bringing live
