Our team is distributed around the world, the had office based in Tallinn, Estonia.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our Crypto Trading Products team. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for designing mobile and desktop trading solutions, such as crypto bots and trading terminals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs and requirements, and translate them into designs that meet business goals
• Design and conduct user research and testing to validate designs and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate them into our designs
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in product design, including at least 1 year of focus on desktop and mobile trading software
• Personal experience with crypto and/or margin trading (Forex, crypto futures), preferably ongoing
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
