JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO: Executive
SCOPE OF POSITION: The Executive Assistant role is a part-time, contractor position within the Accordus team. This position will require 10 hours/week at minimum and could work up to 20/hours week depending on the needs of the Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email inbox management
- Ability to manage an online calendar
- Ability to edit and format documents
- Set up simple email campaigns
- Manage reimbursement requests
- Pay bills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Simple CRM management skills
- Book travel (airfare, rental car, hotel) - International travel booking experience is a plus
- Push tasks to the finish line
- Comfortable working with ministry leaders & pastors
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must have:
- 2 years of Virtual Assisting experience [required]
- Non-profit or ministry experience [required]
- Portrays confidence and professional authority
- Ability to anticipate
- High level of loyalty and discretion
- High level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc.
- Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
