About the role

  • Fulfilling requests in carrier systems, updating our ticketing system and the end-users 
  • Utilizing documentation and being able to manage multiple processes per customer
  • Maintain contracted SLA’s while providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Independent problem solving

Ideal candidate

  • Data entry experience a plus
  • Service Desk / Help Desk experience a plus
  • High focus on attention to details, accurate information, and accurate process handling
  • Professional written and spoken communication skills
  • Pleasant professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
  • Working with development to provide feedback to improve ordering automation
