About the role

  • Processing tickets with information and pushing tickets to the appropriate team’s queue
  • Fielding inbound calls for support requests
  • Conducting new ticket creation or updating existing requests
  • Maintain contracted SLA’s while providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Independent problem solving
