• Will be deeply engaged in the full development lifecycle designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and -improving software 
• Operate and maintain highly scalable services
• Develop tools to improve the existing process, including infrastructure reliability, service performance, and developer productivity 
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and learning experience
• Coordinate across teams (Mobile, Frontend, DevOps, Data, Product, QA, etc.) on planning and execution
• Perform debugging and fixing bugs

• BS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience 
• 3-6 years relevant experience in Backend Engineering 
• Advanced knowledge in (order by priorities) Go, Python, Java, or any other programming language, as long as you are capable of learning quickly (like, really fast)
• Minimum 2 years use of Go program language in last project or company
• Familiar with event-driven architecture specifically using Kafka/RabbitMQ 
• Have experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL
• Have exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale web applications
• Have a systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
• Full-SDLC cycle, with large-scale live roll-out participation as a developer 
• Good communication skills, team player, and comfortable working with a cross-functional team
• Have a passion for learning, improving, and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership
