What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to create innovative designs for the product visuals and UX
• Execute visual design process from initial concepts to final design specifications (including developer handoff)
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize your own work
• Work within an iterative user-centered design process to bring intuitive, playful, clean UX to life
• Quickly and confidently create prototypes and wireframes using Figma

Who you are

• 3-5 years of professional UI or UX experience and/or a 4 year degree in Design, UX or a related field
• You have demonstrable experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications (and can show a portfolio of your best work)
• You have a deep understanding of wireframing and storyboarding processes
• You are comfortable with visual design and wireframing tools
• You don't ask yourself if this can be done but how it can be done
• You care about quality and have remarkable attention to detail
• You are passionate about user experience and you understand Material Design Guidelines and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines

Bonus points if

• You have experience in branding and marketing
• You know accessible design principles like the back of your hand
• You are comfortable creating and managing 3D assets
• You have experience designing for geospatial applications
• You are interested in gamification
• You have experience designing signage and on-boarding marketing material
• You have previously worked in an Agile/Scrum development process
