What you are accountable for:

  • The Supervisor, Analytics will be responsible for partnering with teams across account services, strategy, creative, and paid media specialties on multi-channel reporting that provides data-driven insights that lead to actionable optimizations to propel client business objectives. This professional will also work with junior staff to ensure campaigns are tracked and measured successfully. They will be responsible for measurement plans, dashboarding and reporting, insights and optimization recommendation and project management. They will consult with clients and internal teams on data best practices, industry trends and campaign strategy.

What you are responsible for:

  • Oversee onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and establish successful Analytics relationships
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, identify optimization opportunities, and forecast performance
  • Extensive understanding of multi-channel marketing with an ability to provide deep data analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Previous hands-on experience with media strategy and execution
  • Comfortable meeting with clients at the brand manager, director, VP, and CMO levels and presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and teach others while maintaining focus on multiple deliverables and client needs
  • A natural researcher with the ability to think strategically, connect information from various sources, and tell a story
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organized
  • Establish a strong working relationship with internal and external team members and stakeholders; ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing, statistics, or business-related field. 6+ years of analytics experience in the field of digital media.
  • Have extensive experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Oversee team workloads and deliverables to ensure adherence to client SOWs
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors in the areas of ad serving, data visualization, and data management
  • As a subject-matter expert and mentor, provide internal training sessions, POVs, and case studies
  • Audit media campaigns, landing pages, websites, and creative to provide optimization opportunities related to campaigns, UX, and campaign structure
  • Audit Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics reporting to ensure full capabilities
  • Experience in ABM reporting and platforms
  • Familiarity with campaign trafficking and tagging, and campaign management platforms
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and programming languages such as R
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI

We use various market and data-driven salary sources to determine a salary range for each role. Your salary is based upon the skills and experience you bring along with the salary range established for your role. The goal is to ensure that Just Global teammates have salaries that are highly competitive, regardless of where they live.
  • In addition to your base salary and our flexible working policy, you will enjoy market-leading employment benefits that support you as whole human being. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary non-contractual profit share, which is based on company performance, because when we succeed as a company, we all get to share in that success.
  • The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000.
