Bridgit is workforce intelligence for the construction industry. Our mission is simple – to help the trillion dollar construction industry maximize profits and reduce risk by taking a people-first approach. We are, and always have been, driven by the want to disrupt and transform construction.

Bridgit was founded on the belief of disrupting the norm and challenging conventional processes by defining real problems for real people. We strive to build approachable yet innovative solutions.

We offer a remote-first environment with flexible working hours as well as options for working locations. At Bridgit, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact!

What you will do

Revenue Operations (RevOps) is a centralized hub that facilitates collaboration and full funnel accountability across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams here at Bridgit. Combined with the three pillars of RevOps - Process, Platform and People, our mission is to maximize Bridgit's revenue potential through faster growth and higher revenue.

As RevOps Data Coordinator, you will support the many RevOps projects we have underway. Data projects in SalesForce will be your primary focus. You will also work closely with the Revenue Operations Lead on various analysis projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to solve problems and recommend best practices. Your work will ensure that the go-to-market teams will have the confidence in our reporting and the data driven strategies we are making.

You can expect to:

  • Perform regular database checks to ensure data is clean by facilitating required data and pipeline clean-up
  • Assist in implementing administrative requests from revenue teams such as adding fields, editing objects and reports
  • Perform data research and ensure data is up to date for key target accounts
  • Own the process of creating and uploading new GTM data (lead and account lists) to existing database
  • Collaborate on the data governance strategy, assist with determining the root cause of data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions
  • Build out a data dictionary that can be leveraged as a reference guide for all GTM teams
  • Assist with reviewing sales contracts and ensure accuracy of data added to Salesforce, updating records as required and raising areas of concern to relevant stakeholders
  • Regularly check in on Salesforce dashboards and reports and update as required
  • Create and regularly review documented policies and frameworks ensuring they are updated as required to address changes in workflows
What you will bring

Current and future Bridgitrons embody these core values:

  • Deliver results, fast. We are resourceful, adaptable and resilient. We hold ourselves accountable.
  • Fixate on the customer. We obsess over our customers, seeking to better understand them, their world, their needs and their behaviours.
  • Be open, be honest. We keep our minds open as we actively exchange feedback, drawing on our diverse perspectives.
  • Win or lose together. We don’t point fingers when we lose, and we celebrate together when we win.
  • Never stop learning. We continually set the bar higher.

Does that sound like you? Great! Here’s what we're looking for:

  • You have an active interest in data and how it's maintained in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • You have great appreciation for data quality and database management.
  • You understand the power of teamwork and can collaborate with ease using your interpersonal skills.
  • Your analytical skills are evident through your ability to look across multiple systems and data sources to define and optimize success metrics.
  • You communicate in a clear, concise manner.

We believe that creativity, enthusiasm, and drive are the keys to success. We recognize that many of the skills we’ve developed over our careers are often transferable. If you’re not sure you meet every qualification but feel you have other experience relevant to the role, we encourage you to apply.

What you will enjoy
  • A collaborative, autonomous environment where you can make an impact quickly
  • A culture that encourages innovation and professional growth
  • Competitive salary and equity options
  • Perks and benefits including unlimited vacation, 4-hour Fridays and extended long weekends
