Business of Apps is the leading B2B media and information brand for the global app industry. Our site reaches 500k users a month and has become the essential resource for people building, marketing and monetising mobile apps. We also run the App Promotion Summit conference series and other events in London, Berlin, NYC and online.


We’re successfully growing the number of clients we work with (now over 100) and we need help to manage and develop these commercial relationships. That is where you come in …


You'll be carrying out the following activities:


  • Mapping and analysing our existing client base
  • To develop relationships with existing accounts / clients
  • Creating account plans
  • Manage renewals of marketing campaigns
  • Understand client needs and how to meet them with marketing solutions
  • Discuss campaign performance with clients
  • Upsell and cross sell additional services to existing clients
  • Sending clients campaign reports and analysis
  • Sending out regular updates to our existing/ former clients
  • Contacting / Calling past clients



  • One year in a account management or sales/ business development role
  • Experience selling marketing solutions/ media or software
  • Able to build relationships on calls / zoom/ skype
  • Excellent written communications and email
  • Digital Savvy
  • Able to understand and interpret campaign data
  • Interest in apps/ mobile / marketing technology
