The Role:

As a member of Ceros’ Customer Support team, you will be part of a rapidly growing software startup. You will help clients all around the globe learn to thrive on the Ceros platform via live chat, email, and teleconferencing. Your primary focus will be to help customers who have questions about leveraging Ceros with other technologies. Your day-to-day will include helping customers troubleshoot issues embedding Ceros in their websites, using Ceros’ JavaScript SDK, and helping them get the most out of the Ceros Studio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers integrate Ceros with their websites and other technologies.
  • Troubleshoot customers’ DNS and web server configuration issues.
  • Work with Ceros’ New Business team to help answer prospective customers’ technical questions.
  • Identify opportunities for client training and development.
  • Become an expert on Ceros and the technologies that our customers use with it. You will need to stay up to date on new features and trends.
  • Work closely with the Ceros Engineering team to identify and document issues that need to be addressed at a product level.
  • Perform other operational and administrative support as requested by the business
  • From time to time act as front-line triage for incoming support requests


Practical stuff we anticipate you having:

  • Experience writing and debugging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience setting up and maintaining a website using WordPress or a similar CMS/blogging platform
  • Experience implementing Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and marketing campaigns
  • Experience working in common design programs such as InDesign and PhotoShop
  • Experience working with cloud-based design tools is a plus
  • Experience working in Ceros even better!
