We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Python, and Pandas, and have experience with AWS Glue and AWS Quicksight. You will play a crucial role in interpreting data, analysing results, and providing ongoing reports to drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

Data Collection and Cleaning:

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources
• Clean and preprocess data using Python and Pandas to ensure accuracy and reliability

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and Python
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Prepare reports and visualisations using AWS Quicksight to communicate insights to stakeholders

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with management to prioritise business and information needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related needs
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilise AWS Glue for data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Maintain and manage data warehouses and databases

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in data analysis and visualisation tools
• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong fundamentals in SQL, Python, and Pandas
• Experience with AWS Glue and AWS Quicksight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
