• Manual/non-automated user testing of front end User and Superadmin platforms
• Meticulously and methodically test and document every aspect of our digital platforms, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and document bugs, and ensure that they are addressed appropriately
• Work with the UX design team to assess intuitiveness, consistency, and proper implementation of design elements
