Your Impact
In this role, you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of People Operations and will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive and hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a passion for learning about and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in Web3 and NFTs. This is a part-time role with the potential to transition to a full-time position in the future. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a keen interest in the intersection of technology and HR, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a People Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing processes such as onboarding, employee and manager feedback cycles, recruiting, and interviewing.
- Developing and continuously improving HR policies and processes, including tools/systems and operational guides.
- Taking ownership of employee queries and using critical thinking to identify and resolve root causes.
- Documenting and maintaining process procedures for the People Operations team and creating self-service resources for all employees.
- Managing semi-monthly and monthly payrolls accurately and efficiently.
- Working with a high level of autonomy and cross-functionally to ensure all employees have the support and resources they need to succeed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, with a track record of success in supporting and scaling HR and Recruiting functions and processes.
- A demonstrated passion for staying at the forefront of technology and innovation, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Web3 or start-up company.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience working with high-performing teams and a track record of contributing to team success.
- A tech-savvy mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate and adapt to new systems and tools.
- The ability to handle sensitive and critical information, conversations, and situations with compassion and discretion.
