What are we looking for?

The Marketing Co-ordinator will support all aspects of the business sales and marketing strategy to maximise the impact of marketing spend on marcomms, integrated sales and marketing campaigns and digital channels. They will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation, achieve marcomms objectives and will play a central role in customer acquisition activities.

With exceptional written and communication skills, the Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for managing our library of content including social media posts, web content updates, creation and distribution of marketing and thought leadership white papers. The role is pivotal to the integration of sales and marketing activities ensuring call to action responses are managed effectively and any marketing activity is co-ordinated with appropriate sales follow-up.

The Marketing Co-ordinator will also play an active part in management of early-stage enquiries, working closely with sales and pre-sales to filter and respond to prospective customers.

What will you do?

  • Managing the creation of social media content across LinkedIn and You Tube.

  • Working with the Digital Marketing Exec to develop and deploy PPC & SEO campaigns.
  • Managing and updating websites via HubSpot.
  • Defining marketing and sales support collateral requirements and creating an extensive digital and print collateral library linked directly to the sales & marketing strategy.
  • Providing direct support to sales and pre-sales around the creation of bid specific materials.
  • Collating and presenting insightful reports on sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Management of 3rd party agencies (graphics, website, videography, etc.).
  • Compilation of market data and research to inform sales & marketing planning.
  • Ad-hoc competitor research.
  • Management and reporting against marketing budgets and budgetary spend.

What do you need?

  • Degree in marketing or a related field and >3 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience of utilising Hubspot for CMS, marketing mailers and reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience creating content for leading SEO and PPC campaigns on all major search engines and effectively managing social media presence and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing marketing databases and email campaigns in full compliance with GDPR.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Sales Process Proficiency.
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key target sectors is preferred.
