As a Product Growth Manager you will contribute to the New Product Launch and Growth Program, Existing Product Growth and Customer Experience Improvement and Monetization. This individual will be responsible for leading projects and supporting product initiatives through execution. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Operations and Finance as needed to deliver value for Earnest.

New Product Launch and Growth

  • Product Growth: Identify and analyze growth opportunities, presenting their business impact and trade-offs to influence prioritization, in collaboration with the General Manager and working with functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Operations) on implementation
  • Program Management: Lead planning and ensure progress across the New Product Launch Program and in coordination with functional stakeholders as well as external partners
  • Workstream Management: Take complete ownership of specific workstreams within new product launch program (e.g., value proposition and product-market fit) from conception to implementation: ideation, business impact analysis, partnership with stakeholders from different teams on key decisions and implementation
  • Product Strategy and Forecasting: Ensure strategic planning for the New Product is informed by market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes analysis. Produce long-term strate

Existing Product Growth

  • Product Growth: Identify and analyze growth opportunities, presenting their business impact and trade-offs to influence prioritization, in collaboration with the General Manager and working with functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Operations) on implementation
  • Forecasting: Produce long-term strategic scenario-based growth forecasts for the purposes of strategic and financial planning and pressure-test monthly forecasts on an ongoing basis

Customer Experience Improvement and Monetization

  • Customer Experience Improvement: Identify customer experience detractors and key levers to improve customer experience. Partner with functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement customer experience improvement initiatives
  • Cross-Sell: Break the silos between products and enable cross-sell through prioritization of the highest value-add opportunities in coordination with Product and Marketing
  • New Product Development: Identify and assess new product opportunities that support the Earnest vision, including a holistic assessment of competitive landscape, market entry strategies, new product/ new business economics and resources required

Ideal background and expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience at leading technology companies in Product Management or other roles bridging business and technology
  • A successful history of working on consumer products required , consumer-based financial services experience preferred.
  • A proven history of owning a product and driving growth
  • Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to assemble and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence across all levels and foster alignment and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to distill key takeaways quickly
  • MBA preferred
