Description
Highly motivated team-player that is proactive and is an efficient multi-tasker with a genuine interest in emerging technology. Given the high visibility of our operations across our client's organization, it is of the utmost importance that the candidate has excellent communication skills to ensure our partner teams, and our clients all have the same up-to-date information. This position will be responsible for notetaking in a variety of meetings and requires the ability to paraphrase quickly and to accurately capture comments and action items during discussions. The objective of the Project Coordinator, Operations role will be to efficiently and effectively organize and coordinate a high-volume of requests. A successful Coordinator will be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a team player.
Minimum Qualifications
- Great attitude and team player
- Enthusiasm for AR/VR products
- 2+ years of coordination and/or administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite and G-Suite
- Experience working with Asana project management software
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech savvy to understand team offerings, dependencies, and client requests
Responsibilities
- Provide project and administrative support
- Assist in the design and production of various documents
- Note take and document action items for various project and team meetings
- Build a network of relevant contacts, and stay informed on current team initiatives and activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Assist in the creation of training materials and presentation decks for training purposes
- Assist in the planning and implementation of team events and projects as needed

- Other duties may also be assigned
