As IT Operations Manager (all genders), you are responsible for running a modern, stable, efficient production environment by proactively improving the operations applications and monitoring as well as taking care of the application management and support.

What will keep you challenged

• Being responsible for driving operational process, identifying gaps and implementing improvements
• Driving high impact projects that would include defining scope, defining problem statements, design of project charter and working with a cross functional team for delivery
• Initializing, planning, monitoring and running enhancements of the operations process across the platform
• Engage various level stakeholder to drive project objectives, address challenges/gap or implement new or improved process
• Deploying software and configuration changes to production and performing post-release checks
• Scheduling, managing and coordinating releases across multiple teams and according to the respective deadlines.
• Executing the deployment and all related release instructions, checks and configurations
• Continuously improving the service quality and monitoring processes while working with cross functional team to define, set and track quality through metrics and KPIs
• Optimizing operational processes and enhancing them with feedback from our clients
• Providing tactical operational resolution

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Superior time management and judgment with proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal direction
• Ability to take direction & work with others successfully in an empathic way
• A 'can-do' and pivot like approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Good understanding of financial instruments and markets is a plus
• Basic experience in a programming language or SQL is a plus
