• Developing and maintaining backend services and applications using the Laravel framework
• Implementing and optimizing database interactions for scalability and performance
• Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Identifying and troubleshooting bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues in existing applications
• Staying updated with the latest Laravel framework features, best practices, and industry trends

• You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel framework development
• You have demonstrable expertise in utilizing Laravel framework components to build robust and scalable backend solutions
• You have a strong understanding of design patterns and anti-patterns, with the ability to apply them effectively in project development
• You have a proven track record of contributing to open-source projects or showcasing public repositories on platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket
• You have experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and querying
• You are familiar with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services, for deployment, scaling, and management of web applications
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
