JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Everee we're changing the way companies pay their employees and independent contractors. We've created a workforce payments platform that makes it easy for our customers to pay people faster.

We are currently seeking a Head of Partner Success to work with Everee's embedded product partners. A successful candidate will have the capability and desire to lead a significant, fast-growing business unit that is key to our continued growth. The right candidate will be driven by our mission to end slow pay for workers and will be responsible for finding solutions for partners to use our technology and API to reach their installed users at scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create processes, hire team members, and lead a team of Partner Success Architects
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales teams and partners to successfully find solutions for our product to integrate with customers' software platforms
  • Refine solution methodology and drive sales results with scale partnerships
  • Build processes to measure performance and coach your team towards attaining key metrics and goals
  • Become an expert in our broad set of products and services and drive a feedback loop with our Product & Engineering teams to further develop our product roadmap

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building and leading teams in businesses that leverage API's heavily
  • 5+ years consulting and implementation experience with API products or solutions
  • Strong track record growing a partner-focused business with direct external facing experience working to find solutions for clients
  • Ability to clearly articulate a deep understanding of software products and recommendations for integrating technology into software platforms
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as part of a successful feedback loop between multiple business areas (e.g. Sales, Product & Engineering, and Operations teams)
