We are looking for a Recruiter who is able to wear multiple hats and understands the current job market in the tech space and OFCCP compliances. You will work directly with our HR Team and COO to own and execute upon full-life cycle recruiting strategy including sourcing, prescreening, coordinating interviews, and coordinating offers for professionals joining Expression Networks. You will work with our hiring Managers to coordinate Technical Interviews and manage candidates through the process.

Responsibilities:
- Source Candidates through multiple sources (job boards, social media, applications, other recruiting outlets, etc).
- Work with the HR team and hiring teams in the execution of the Full Recruitment Life Cycle
- Execute innovative, cost effective, and timely manner recruitment methodologies to limit outside recruiting agency fees
- Coordinate Technical assessments and Interviews with hiring Managers/teams
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on recruiting efforts, offer status, and continuously refine recruiting strategy to attract talent and build candidate pipelines
- Implement aggressive recruitment sourcing and advertising strategies
- Work with the HR Team in building the Administrative Preparedness Plan (APP)
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep the candidate pipelines clean and manageable for all positions
- Partner with hiring managers to provide advice and best practices for interviews
- Construct job descriptions for new positions
- Coordinate with the HR team to plan out recruiting strategies to fill varying positions across the organization
- Collaborate to manage Expression Networks' social media accounts. Generate content to be posted on LinkedIn and other social platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Creative Cloud, and Canva to generate social media content and graphics.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting
- 2+ year of previous experience in recruiting agency and/or internally for a tech firm
- Previous experience recruiting for Cleared positions
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in mentoring, training, or leading others in full life cycle recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or STEM
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance
- Experience with Graphic Design or Social Media management.
