General

• This position is for a small company using Agile in 2 week sprints
• There are 3 or 4 small teams and only one QA per scrum team
• Each team has 7 or fewer people
• Position requires somebody who is deeply passionate about quality and automation 

Must haves      

• Ability to pass a 5-part in-person coding test during the first interview
• Highly intelligent
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Willingness to work hard
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
• Exceptional focus on detail and precise work
• Highly skilled with Postman API testing
• Must be able to pass a hands-on coding test
• Able to write precise steps for reproducing defects
• Able to spot and report inconsistencies in logic or UI
• Able to hold developers accountable to deliver exact work
• Able to test both websites and mobile applications

Preference given to    

• Recent hands-on experience with performance automation frameworks such as jMeter
• Recent hands-on experience with an API automation framework such as Cypress
• Recent hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium
• Recent hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium
• Recent hands-on experience with BDD test frameworks such as Cucumber and Specflow
• Recent hands-on experience with Swagger
• Highly skilled with POSTMAN API testing
• Familiar with Swagger
• Able to code in C#
