About the role

  • Fully Own and manage the overall acquisition strategy for our restaurant partners across Melbourne
  • Perform Monthly/ Quarterly reporting on Restaurants Acquisition progress to Leadership Team
  • Introduce company’s products or services to potential customers and negotiate sales over the phone or in person
  • Proactively identify potential clients and build collaborative relationships with them
  • Serve as primary point of contact for holistic account relationship
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights for unlocking new partnerships with high value key accounts not present on our platform.
  • Manage and expand relationships with top restaurant key partners and identify growth opportunities to collaborate for further business developments
  • Set and Achieve KPIs for Sales teams, with the objective of maintaining a steady inflow of high value restaurant inventory.
  • Commit to departmental and individual sales targets assigned
  • Spontaneous to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams as part of a persistent commitment to provide top-notch support to potential clients

Ideal candidate

  • Ideally 2-3 years of relevant working experience within a similar capacity of B2B sales
  • Proven track record of Strategy and Planning, Territory Sales with B2B sales experience, preferably in any of the following areas: F&B, food delivery and e-commerce
  • Must be able to communicate effectively to senior internal/ external stakeholders confidently, with a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Highly driven, is self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
  • Customer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
  • Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Hubspot is a plus
