  • We're a rapidly growing startup seeking a passionate, driven Customer Success Manager with digital marketing knowledge to support our continued growth. This role involves managing, optimising and expanding our clients. As a small but growing team, this position has unlimited potential for progression.

What we do

  • Gocertify helps online retailers attract and verify students, key workers, under-26s, over-60s and other key groups with exclusive discounts. Our tech verifies someone's occupation or age in real time using AI.
  • In under 3 years, we've signed up over 250 retailers including the likes of Boohoo, HP, LookFantastic, Farfetch, Myprotein, HelloFresh. We drive over £3m in sales every month to these brands.
  • We’ve done this without external investment (we’re fully bootstrapped and profitable), and are at 7-figures in revenue. We continue to grow rapidly this year.

What the job involves

  • As the main client contact, you'll need to build relationships with your designated list of clients, understanding and addressing their needs
  • Develop and pitch tailored campaign ideas to drive value meet retailers' KPIs, and increase the usage of our tech
  • Ensure the CRM accurately reflects your pipeline of client expansions and upsells
  • Assist clients in implementing and onboarding our technology for maximum impact, managing the full customer lifecycle
  • Attend industry events and meet clients in a fun and exciting environment
  • Expand your knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies to offer valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • You've either been in a target-driven customer success, account management or sales role already, or you have a background in marketing/e-commerce
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for marketing, account management, and customer success
  • Gather and analyse data to identify problems, opportunities and potential solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with marketing agencies and retailers via phone, video chat, and in-person events (with our support)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a remote-based fast-paced startup environment where different hats are worn on any given day

Note

  • Location: UK based, working remotely from home. You’ll be required to attend some meetings and events in London at least once a month.
  • Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not possible for this role. You must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
