Description

This is a remote position.

Our Customer is a US company developing a leading logistics and container tracking solution. The company is expanding and growing its Philippines operations. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate works autonomously and has previous experience as a virtual assistant for a foreign executive or company.

 

Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel and bookings for company employees

  • Reach out to suppliers and clients for payments or other matters

  • Perform market research (companies, contacts, etc)

  • Enriching leads (e.g. finding phone numbers if given an email address, or navigating to the correct person within a company)

  • Routine / administrative data-entry-type tasks

  • Calendar / appointment management 

  • Handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

  • Create presentations, as assigned

  • Address employees administrative queries

  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

 

 

Requirements
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) as virtual assistant for a foreign client

  • Familiarity with Zoom and ability to setup / manage meetings, record, screen share, etc. 

  • Knowledge of Slack software

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Comfortable communicating asynchronously 

  • Proficiency with excel/spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc)

  • Detailed, fast learner, proactive, resourceful, comfortable working with ambiguity & changing circumstances
