JayWay Travel is a well-established and rapidly growing travel company that specializes in creating fully customized experiences for our clients travelling throughout Europe. About the Role

We are looking for Proficient English-speaking candidates with sales or customer service experience who have ideally travelled in Europe and have a genuine passion for travel.

The Sales Support role will require a customer service-oriented individual who is well organized in their processes. This individual should excel at handling varying responsibilities, such as maintaining a daily pipeline of leads, following up on inquiries, and answering client emails/phone calls. Candidates who succeed in this position usually transition to a commission-based sales role within 6-12 months.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who thrives working remotely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives. As most of JayWay Travel's clientele is from North America, the ability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required. NOTE: This position will require working afternoons/evenings EST time and working on at least one weekend day.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficient English speaker (high fluency C2 level considered)
• >2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability (afternoon/evening EST; weekends; some holidays)
• Reliable high-speed Internet connection
• Start Date: January 2023
