We are looking for enthusiastic Ruby on Rails engineers to join us for an exciting and unique opportunity; to build a large scale and market leading platform for the Education sector from the ground up using latest technologies (including Rails 7 and Hotwire).
Due to the infancy of the project, there is also the unique opportunity to not only help mould the technical direction of the platform but also the culture and ways of working to build an open and collaborative working environment. Alongside our existing cohort of experienced and supportive engineers, you can improve your skills to aid your career development within the company.

Desired skills:
- At least 5 years Ruby on Rails commercial experience
- Has experience with relational databases i.e. MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Champions clean code and best software practises
- Automates testing of written code with RSpec
- Distributed version control using Git and branching strategies
- Experience / enthusiasm in building intuitive front end interfaces
