• Receiving incoming bills from the US office or via email, organizing bills in Microsoft Teams 
• Verifying payables are correct against previous bills or current invoices 
• Submitting bills to management for approval and/or payment 
• Communicating with vendors regarding questions or issues 
• Emailing/uploading paid bills to an accountant  

• 2 years of customer service experience 
• Experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc) 
• Experience with search engines, especially Google and Google Maps 
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing 
• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly 
• Attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Ability to work on US Time Zone schedule

We offer Key Solutions for Tire Recycling to thousands of companies throughout the automotive industry. We also work with governmental agencies to provide environmental clean-up services.
