About the role
CRM Management:
- Maintain the accuracy and updating of information in Capsule CRM, ensuring data integrity and pipeline management.
- Verify that all calls are logged, notes are complete, and pipeline reports are ready for review.
- Perform regular audits on the CRM to ensure data consistency and quality.
Lead Generation:
- Review Google Earth imagery and other resources to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure that meeting schedulers always have a complete list of prospects, both new and in progress, to contact daily.
- Provide support for prioritizing and organizing lead generation activities.
Team Coordination and Accountability:
- Hold daily meetings by the tomorrow to discuss the day's goals and scheduled calls.
- Lead daily meetings by the late to evaluate achievements, analyze results, and ensure compliance with sales targets.
- Monitor team activities in the Dominican Republic and then in Jamaica to ensure expectations are met.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and send daily and weekly reports that include:
- Calls made (total calls, regardless of outcome).
- Quality calls (with a concrete result).
- Scheduled virtual meetings.
- Scheduled face-to-face meetings.
- Not showing up for meetings.
- Pipeline reports, such as size, value, and specific milestone reports.
- Ensure that senior managers update the CRM in a timely and accurate manner, holding them accountable for the quality of the data entered.
Sales Operational Support:
- Monitor lead generation processes and ensure compliance with established metrics.
- Participate in daily and weekly sales team meetings to provide data-driven analytics from the CRM.
- Propose improvements in processes related to data management and lead generation.
Ideal candidate
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in managing data in CRM and pipelines, preferably on Capsule CRM or other similar platforms.
- Previous experience in lead generation and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the solar energy industry or related sectors is desirable.
- Autonomous and proactive professional, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate remote teams in various regions.
