• Develop complete electrical drawings for solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. 
• Design one-line diagrams, electrical drawings, and wiring schematics for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations. 
• Calculate system specifications, including voltage, current, and power requirements, based on project needs and site conditions. 
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and permitting teams to ensure that all designs meet project requirements and are approved by the appropriate authorities. 
• Review designs as needed to address comments or changes to the scope of the project. 
• Stay up-to-date on solar industry standards, codes, and best practices to ensure the highest quality designs. 

• Proven experience in designing electrical drawings for solar energy systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, or other similar tools). 
• Knowledge of solar system components, including inverters, panels, and electrical wiring. 
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, such as the NEC (National Electrical Code) or other country-specific standards. 
• Great attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work. 
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams. 
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver designs on time.
