About the role

Team Expansion and Development

  • You will strategically expand the sales team to meet business growth goals. 
  • You will implement training and development programs to improve the capabilities and performance of the team. 

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve a minimum of 1 MW per month in signed contracts. 
  • You will continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities. 

Customer Relationship Management

  • You will foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 
  • You will Lead negotiations and close deals to drive business growth.  

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • You will monitor team performance against sales targets and provide regular reports to senior management. 
  • You will implement KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 

Budget Management and Financial Responsibility

  • You will monitor the sales budget, ensuring an efficient allocation of resources. 
  • You will drive profitability and revenue growth while maintaining financial accountability. 

Market Analysis and Adaptation

  • You will conduct in-depth market analysis to inform sales strategies. 
  • Adapt sales approaches to changing market conditions and customer needs. 

Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar energy sector. 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet significant sales targets, such as 1 MW per month in contracts. 
  • Strong management and team development skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market and the regulatory environment.
