About the role
Team Expansion and Development:
- You will strategically expand the sales team to meet business growth goals.
- You will implement training and development programs to improve the capabilities and performance of the team.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve a minimum of 1 MW per month in signed contracts.
- You will continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- You will foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- You will Lead negotiations and close deals to drive business growth.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- You will monitor team performance against sales targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
- You will implement KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Budget Management and Financial Responsibility:
- You will monitor the sales budget, ensuring an efficient allocation of resources.
- You will drive profitability and revenue growth while maintaining financial accountability.
Market Analysis and Adaptation:
- You will conduct in-depth market analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Adapt sales approaches to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet significant sales targets, such as 1 MW per month in contracts.
- Strong management and team development skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of the solar energy market and the regulatory environment.
