Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Software Tester to join our team. The Senior Software Tester will be responsible for leading the testing effort and ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects
  • Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications, including integration and regression testing
  • Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring that all critical issues are prioritized and resolved promptly
  • Participate in the review of requirements and design documents to ensure testability.
  • Document testing results and create test reports for various stakeholders, including senior management
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, driving the adoption of best practices and standards
  • Act as a subject matter expert in software testing, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
  • Readily prepared for the following:
  • Functional testing / User Acceptance Testing / End to End Testing
  • Regression Testing / Sanity / Smore Testing / System Integration / Cross Browser Testing, UI/UX
  • Front end Automation Testing using Cypress, Robot Framework with Selenium, Appium, Database & built-in libraries
  • API testing using Postman, Rest Assured with cucumber BDD framework, Request library, or SOAP UI
  • Non Functional testing (Performance/Load/Stress/Volume Testing) using Jmeter
  • Bug Qualification and management
  • WCAG 2.0 & 2.1 /Section 508 Accessibility Testing, VPAT


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Software Tester or in a QA-related role focused on testing UX/UI for hardware and Android
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
