More than a dozen of the world's top primary ticketing companies have integrated Lyte into their platforms and the technology has been used for thousands of live events including some of the largest festivals in the world.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Product team owns Lyte's product direction, solves needs across customer segments and ensures the company has the capabilities needed to reach its business goals. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will address the authentication and account management needs of ticket buyers, event organizers and internal operations teams. You will work cross functionally to understand the existing and emerging needs of each user and think creatively to find innovative solutions. You will work with other product managers and development teams to create features and user flows that are easy, effective, secure and scalable. You will be the owner of the IAM platform, an influencer of our integrated roadmap and a leader for the company's understanding of identity, user management and data security.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our IAM platform
  • Coordinate roadmaps and requirements with other product managers
  • Gather feedback and data from customers to solve challenges and identify opportunities
  • Prioritize the needs of internal and external users based on product and business goals
  • Outline the path from MVP / beta launches to robust, full scale products
  • Convey requirements to engineering teams with clear, compelling descriptions of what should be built and why it is important to the user or business
  • Document product definition and release notes for new products and features
  • Be a domain expert and thought leader for the value of user management, data security and other essential functions across the company

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA, OAuth, Google Sign-In)
  • Experience with multi-user system design and permissioning
  • Experience with product / roadmap management tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab)
  • Proven ability to scope, develop, ship and iterate new products
  • Experience at a fast-paced startup in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
