Main Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and hunting of candidates using your IT network
• Work with People operations Partner to establish recruiting requirements and meets with hiring managers to identify needs.
• Preparing CVs for presentation to Client and ensuring quality levels are sufficient for Client expectations
• Follow-up with candidates
• Coordinate schedules, arranges travel, lodging, etc;

Your top skills

• Freelance with experience as IT recruiter (across the entire recruitment process)
• You are business, quality and detail
• Strong expertise in direct search and in recruiting via Social Media
• You have easy contact with people and have excellent communication skills, you love to make an impact and help other people
• You are committed to the highest level of quality and pay attention to details
• You are enthusiastic, dynamic and performance-driven
• You speak excellent Spanish and English (other European languages is a big plus).
