• Develop and implement engineering projects in the oil and gas industry, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications
• Manage and coordinate project activities, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and support staff, ensuring that projects are executed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other relevant documentation, tracking progress and reporting to management as required
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks and ensure project success
• Manage project change control processes, ensuring that any changes are assessed and approved before implementation
•  Provide technical support and advice to operations and maintenance teams, ensuring that equipment and systems are operated and maintained safely and efficiently
• Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Participate in technical meetings, forums, and industry events, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the oil and gas industry

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or a compatible industry, with a proven track record of delivering engineering projects to a high standard
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve project objectives
• Experience managing complex projects, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and other project documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is preferred
