As a Sales Operations Manager, you will take on the following responsibilities:
  • Responsible for administrative requirements for the whole organisation, including the associated process and workflow changes in Salesforce
  • Delivery of training and development to ensure all Salesforce users are fully trained on a regular basis
  • Support the design of data models for Salesforce usage for business KPIs and support business and process analysis
To thrive in the role of Sales Operations Manager, you will need:
  • Customizing Salesforce experience (Hubspot is a plus)
  • SaaS-Sales Operations experience
  • Service attitude and customer focus
  • Salesforce project management experience and understanding of Agile frameworks
  • Thorough understanding of Sales and Marketing Processes and efficiency measure
  • Fluency in the English language
  • German language is a big plus
