About the Role
A core leader within our Product team you will facilitate the products end-to-end development from vision to delivery and everything in between. You'll translate insights into strategy and execution while leading a cross-disciplinary team. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for achieving business goals by enhancing the consumer experience across web, native apps, new channels, and internal tools. You’ll translate ideas into strategy, moving them into action by building best practices, processes, clear and accessible documentation, training, and overall Product leadership of our consumer focused products.

What you will do in your first 90 days
  • Collect and analyze feedback from industry trends, consumers, stakeholders, and other teams to help shape our overall vision, themes, projects, requirements, and delivery of new products and features
  • Maintain robust communications with clients, colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership through a variety of stages
  • Continue clear project plans across multiple departments and internal /external stakeholders
  • Work with senior management to form and communicate a unified vision of our product
  • Lead your product team and coordinate cross-functionally with other teams and external stakeholders

  • Produce and/or review key product requirements documents (PRD)
  • Ensure products and releases are launched with the proper coordination, communications to all stakeholders, on schedule and with clear post launch process
  • Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of products and track productivity and quality
  • Review data and presenting these results to suggest improvements and new product features
  • Work with the other Product Directors and Senior Technology leadership to create a healthy and productive team culture
  • Create and improve key product development processes, systems, and communications



What you bring to the role:
  • Proven record of successfully launching business/consumer products
  • 8+ years of relevant product experience, preferably at a tech, high-growth, or product-driven company
  • Deep experience with both the integration and use of insights and analytics tools like Segment, GA, Amplitude, Lookback
  • Detail-orientation; you thrive both in building, leading, and participating on teams that execute
  • Experience building consumer eCommerce systems, payments, analytics, personalization, and overall customer journey MarTech architecture
  • An owner mentality - interest in the intersection of technology, operations, and business
  • Ability to mobilize the entire organization towards a common goal
  • Proficiency to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and geographies
  • Aptitude to inspire, motivate, and lead product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists
  • Sense of urgency to execute the role’s responsibilities
  • Blending of strong business acumen, technical problem solving, and agile execution
