About the role

  • Manage and implement the product roadmap according to stakeholdersā€™ tasked against risk, onboarding, and compliance
  • To be able to speak authoritatively on matters of risk, onboarding, and compliance to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Develop user stories and acceptance tests
  • Schedule and communicate releases, taking into consideration the impact to end-users, internal and external integrations
  • Support integration of other (internal or external) systems to the Onboarding and CRM system
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Pricing, Legal, Risk, Compliance)

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience as Product Owner of risk, compliance and onboarding systems related to merchant acquiring and processing systems 
  • 4+ yearsā€™ experience in financial services. 
  • Knowledge of a CRM system 
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management tool
  • A plus would be to have: 
  • Knowledge of ESPOCRM 
  • Knowledge of PHP 
  • Knowledge of API technologies
