Oak is looking to hear from an Analytics Engineer who wants to take ownership of the continuous improvement of our data transformation pipeline.

Oak is looking to hear from an Analytics Engineer who is willing to take ownership of the continuous improvement of our data transformation pipeline.

We’re looking for a self-motivated person to work alongside our engineering, product and data teams

to deliver highly-performant and easily accessible analytics insights.

We work remotely and flexibly, and we are more concerned about outcomes than minutes at the screen.

At Oak, we make a real difference in people's lives by delivering products and innovations that make accessing a

quality education available to all school pupils.

We May Choose To Close The Role Early Due To The Volume Of Applications So Please Get An Application In Early.

We offer flexible working where you can base yourself at home or in a co-working office of your choice; whichever works best for you. We work a 36-hour a week and most colleagues finish early on a Friday or take every other Friday back to ensure they keep a healthy work-life balance. We believe in continually getting better as an organization and as individuals and so there are plenty of opportunities for growth and a generous Learning and Development policy. Our team is supported with generous maternity, paternity and adoption leave so that their families get a fantastic start.

If Oak sounds like somewhere you could do your life’s best work then we would love to hear from you. We use the Applied platform to support diversity in our recruitment.

Oak is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age. We particularly encourage applications from Black and minority ethnic candidates who are currently under-represented.

We are here to improve pupil outcomes and close the disadvantage gap by supporting teachers to teach, and pupils to access a high-quality curriculum.

We achieve this through building and developing our brilliant team who then collaborate with experts from across different sectors to produce the Oak platform.

On average 32,000 teachers and 170,000 pupils used Oak each week last year. By any domestic benchmark that is impressive. But it’s less than 10% of teachers and just under 3% of pupils in England. Our products must always be entirely optional for teachers, but we know from our evaluations they have a positive impact, so we want to significantly increase these numbers.
