The Graphic Designer's primary purpose is to work with other members of the Product and Marketing team to visually convey a particular message, idea, or concept.

Graphic Designer relies on their knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, websites, films, packaging, and other mediums.

Position Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Create professional designs and layouts for a range of printed materials.
  • Maintaining the highest standards in graphic design and producing cutting-edge creative content, for both print and digital, that accurately represents the expectations of the business.
  • Ensure creativity is delivered in line with budgets, timeframes, and project constraints.
  • Brainstorming new creative concepts and designs.
  • Share production methods, market trends, and new ideas by contributing to the ideation process and sharing knowledge.
  • Development and maintenance of print and digital design style guide.
  • Ensure all marketing materials produced across the board meeting these guidelines. Design and execute regular updates to maintain a fresh look and feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects ever-developing brand positioning.
  • Being involved in the production of printed collateral, e.g. product packaging, promotions, direct mail, advertising, point of sale, internal collateral, presentations and other print material.
  • Design across all digital assets, eg website, web applications, advertising, banners for emails campaigns, banners, social media and other digital media.
  • Maintaining an advanced knowledge of software used for creating graphic designs and trends within a design.
  • Create CANVA templates and provide instructions for the team.
  • Outsourcing of the repetitive and low-level tasks on ongoing basis.
  • Support Product team with various tasks outside the main function as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:


  • Knowledge of how to prepare artwork for offset and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge and understanding of typography
  • Working knowledge of file formats
  • Working knowledge of photography, lighting and retouching
  • Knowledge of the print production process.


  • Ability to follow a brief, addressing outlined objectives
  • Ability to apply a design concept across a broad range of design applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible approach, positive and friendly personality and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to team projects
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction and effectively respond to feedback


  • Degree (or equivalent qualification) in visual communication or graphic design
  • Demonstrated experience in using Adobe platform software programs, in particular, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience in artwork preparation, including colour management.
  • Keen interest to up-skill within a constantly changing design environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (preferred)
