Job Details

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to fuel our growth and give more couples the tools to care for their relationship by scaling our paid content channels Outbrain and Taboola.

Reporting to our Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll manage a 7-digit yearly budget with the goal to make paid content one of our main acquisition channels at Paired.

  • Define our paid content strategy, including content angles, campaign management, and landing page optimisation
  • Come up with fresh ideas for ads and content articles, either by yourself or by running brainstorming sessions
  • Prepare briefs for freelancers and review their work
  • Create and manage campaigns on Outbrain and Taboola
  • Measure and report on performance of campaigns against goals
  • Plan, execute, and track A/B tests
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to optimise landing pages and ensure we our ads are in line with the Paired brand

Here are some of the projects you’ll be working on during your first 6 months:

  • Develop and test new content ideas and landing pages
  • Optimise the content production process
  • Scale our Outbrain campaigns and launch Taboola or other paid content channels
  • Build an A/B testing plan
  • Optimise landing pages with the web team to improve our conversion rate
  • Launch local campaigns in Germany and France
  • Collaborate with the user research team to gain insights via user interviews and tools like Hotjar


  • 3+ years experience in performance marketing, preferably with paid content or search
  • Experience working with Outbrain, Taboola or any other content channel
  • Experience optimising landing pages and user funnels via A/B testing
  • Experience managing a monthly budget of $100K or more
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Creative mindset to come up with content angles that convert
  • Able to drive projects and communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
